Acknowledgment You receive a personal acknowledgment from the Council Office within 48 hours.

Initial conversation A 30-minute private call to understand your institution's interests and identify the pathway that fits.

Tailored proposal The Foundation prepares a written proposal specific to your institution — scope, timeline, pilot opportunities.

Onboarding Once aligned, formal onboarding through an MOU or letter of intent. Public announcement on your timeline.
