COUNCIL DESCRIPTION:
The Alkebuleum Council is the body of reputable institutions that govern, validate, and shape the Alkebuleum network. Its members include central banks, commercial banks, universities, government ministries, regulators, fintech companies, civil-society organizations, national archives, and diaspora institutions from across Africa and the global African family. The Council is currently forming its founding cohort, with four participation pathways available: Council Observer, Founding Council Member, Validator Partner, and Implementation Partner.
